Please note:
Starting immediately, I have discontinued the Quick Connect system as standard. The reason for doing so was for certain models it made the pickup much taller than it needed to be. This made it hard for some people to install the pickups without routing the cavities deeper. Secondly, in situations where it was a tight fit, there have been a couple of cases of pickup failure due to the plug being pushed against the pickup, causes a short circuit to the internal shielding.
Also most people plug the cable in and never disconnect it, so this eliminates possible problems from the contacts getting dirty, even though I use gold plated contacts. Lastly, the Sidewinders take up more of the pickup's cover, so there was very little room for the connector. An external Quick Connect system is available as an option. This is a small circuit board that sits under the pickup attached to the pickup's cable, and allows the pickup to plug into EMG HZ wiring harnesses. This will also allow me to get the orders out the door faster, and currently there is a 3 week lead time. So I want this to be shorter.

The S Series 4 - Sidewinder is available now!
This pickup has an ultra wide and flat frequency response for a bright hi-fi tone. True single coil tone with no hum. Available in the soap bar style cases. Jazz style coming soon.
There are two versions, the standard which is reminiscent of the old Lane Poor pickups, and the Plus model which is wound 10% hotter for a fuller tone. There are sound clips on the pickup page.
These pickups will mix well with our ND3 neo pickups, and are especially well suited for use with on board electronics.
